Leadership is not defined by the position we hold in an organization, but by the actions we choose to take. It is simply a matter of choice and behavior. It's not about the authority and position they hold what matter is how they use their position as a leader.Employee must feel free to communication with respect and feel happy to work for the leader.Taking a leadership approach will earn you respect, regardless of your position in the organization; you don't need a title or a position to be a leader.

Being a senior your working style,attitude, way of interaction towards others, strong decision making and maintaining professional conduct encourages others and will help set a strong pillar for what you value most in others, especially people who report to you. We humans are intent to make mistakes knowingly or unknowingly so it's sure at some point even our team will go through that phase. At that point we must be able to take responsibility for the team’s failures and stand for them.Later you can train and teach them where they went wrong.

There will also be times where we may disagree with someone else's point of view. Instead of directly rejecting, we must still listen and respectfully take their opinion and make sure they will continue to participate to give their opinion. Because if we straight away reject their opinion then their self confidence may reduce and will hesitate to participate next time.

As Steve Jobs said - "Leadership is about inspiring people to do things that they never thought they could"

One of the most fundamental elements of teamwork is team communication.Having effective teamwork is only one aspect of communication.It enables everyone on the team to gain knowledge on any subject that might have an impact on their work.
